Adam grew up on a dead end street in Brooklyn, New York, much like his main character in his screenplay “The Lot”. He drew upon many of his childhood experiences in developing the script. After studying Filmmaking at New York University, Adam has spent the past decades working behind the scenes on various films and television series. In his spare time he has written a dozen screenplays and spec pilots. For his writing he has received the following accolades: Runner up in 2011 Creative World Awards Screenplay Competition, Honorable Mention the 2012 Screenplay Competition, Finalist in the 2013 Final Draft Big Break Contest and winner of the 2013 Scriptapalooza TV Pilot Competition, amongst others. Adam has also studied and performed improv comedy in New York City at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Pit, and The Magnet Theater. He also wrote, directed and starred in “ The Paul Lynde Halloween Special”, which he performed for five years at The Magnet Theater. In 2014 Adam (with his comedy partner Emily Bryan) traveled to Estonia to perform improvised comedy at the TILT 2nd International Improv Festival, where they were the first American improvisers to perform in the country.
